Step 1 - Clay bats from extruder.

Step 2 - Automatic feeding of clay bats to roof tile press.

Step 3 - Pressed wet tiles.

Step 4 - Automatic handing system for wet/dry tiles.

Step 5 - Patended hydrocasing tunnel klin fire tiles at 1,060°C for high durability and excellent insulation.

Step 6 - Fired tiles on individual refractory drying process.
