2. Production Process
Clay roofing tiles are one of the most successful structural ceramic products with a clearly marked upward trend. This is shown not least by the large number of clay roofing tile works which have recently been built all over the world. Corresponding to the production process a distinction is made between pressed and extruded clay roofing tiles, in which the former assume greater importance.

3. Drying and Baking facilities:                                                                                     After initial drying in hot air for a period of few days, tile is put is automatic continuous kiln and exposed to heat at the temparature of 1,400 degree or more for few days. Tile changes color and becomes light and attains metalic toughness. Ceramic clay, apart from being good insulator from heat and electricity, is nonporous and light, takes heavy weights, and is as harmless as mother nature.

4. Testing and Quality control:                                                                                   Then the tile is removed from kiln, and allowed to cool down for few days, and tested individually for quality control.
